Played OW1 on release, basically no lifed that game for a while and it was probably the most fun I've had in a game.

That was then, this game not only does not deserve the 2 in the name, it is a direct downgrade from the first one in every important aspect. Overwatch 1 was made to be a fun, casual arcade-y shooter, slowly ruined by a shifting focus into a pro scene that was never intended to exist. Overwatch 2 is a battle pass simulator with skins costs anywhere up in the 20$ range and a promised "PvE" that was cancelled internally at least 6 months before the public announcement.

Genuinely cannot imagine anyone trying to get into this game nowadays, that just sounds miserable. This game was better when monetisation was just loot boxes, and that's just about the worst insult I think a game that used to be this good could ever receive.

Don't waste your time, just look up the game's tag on your local r34 website and have your fun there.

Very good rhythm game, feels very satisfying when you get the hang of it. The base game is pretty decent as an introduction, but I feel like the custom levels are the selling point of this game, and people are really creative at level making in this game.

This is the best game to play with friends and just collectively laugh your asses off to, especially if you voice the characters yourselves. The back and forth dynamic of the characters is top tier comedy and the "fan service" is very much a topic for jokes every time it shows up. The games tend to be a bit long, but it's good fun all throughout.

This is basically Super Smash Bros but instead of Mario we have several furries, and honestly I am all here for it. Gameplay is super good, tutorials do their job really well, story mode is fine, but the main focus is the multiplayer. If you and your friends like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around and a little bit of tryharding, this game is absolutely for you. What other fighting game has a workshop where you can download WHOLE CHARACTERS? The addition of workshop made an already wonderful game into an undeniable 10/10 for me, not only because of the near infinite replayability it adds but also because there are gems like Speedrunner Link and Speedrunner Mario that have made me and my friends pause the game to audibly lose our ♥♥♥♥ laughing.

Wonderful game, an absolute joy to play through. If you are looking for a good turn-based RPG, this should definitely be one of the first ones you try. Lovely visuals, excellent story, engaging gameplay with more than a handful of side-activities to take care of. There was the occasional bug here and there, but besides that I can say this is a high quality game that deserves every praise I can give.

TL;DR : Gameplay 10/10, Cool Factor 10/10, Story 9/10, You can get EVERYTHING as a F2P, but if you want to play the game seriously, convert to the religion of RNGesus and get ready for multi-hour grind sessions.

Aight, so this game is an absolute grindfest. 674 hours in and I am still nowhere even close to end game. Any time DE come up with new content it is just them going up to end-game players, looking them in the face, slapping them so hard that people at the slapboxing committee would give a foul play card, then DE spits in the end-game player's faces and tells them they are now considered mid game, because the end game just got pushed back another 100 hours. The only definitive end game of warframe is having enough platinum to buy every piece of cosmetics you can have for your Warframe(s), Pet(s), Orbiter, Dojo, Railjack, Archwing(s), Weapons.

Now, I will give credit where it is due. Everything in the game can be acquired without paying anything. You CAN get EVERY weapon and warframe and cosmetic through playing (Except the coolest ones that were made by players, dubbed by the game as "Tennogen", which can only be purchased with real money). Be it by grinding for relics for parts of prime weapons/warframes or grinding trash parts and selling them to people who buy them from you for platinum. Basically every item post early-game can be traded for platinum through the trading system and the market chat, which is always active. With the addition to 3rd party websites like warframe.market, trading for what you want is trivial, but good luck getting the plat you need to buy it.

The Story of the game is super cool (whenever they add any), the mechanics of the gameplay is absolutely incredible and mastering the movement system is one of the most satisfying things in gaming, I mean, look at all the people who are still playing. But nothing can change the fact that like 2 or 3 different generations of veteran players have quit already because new content that is not recycled is so scarce.

To get back on the topic of grind, there are so many different levelling systems that prevent you from progressing. Some of the more fun weapons are locked behind mastery rank, meaning you need to level up warframes or weapons you do not want to play JUST so you can get the xp for that unique weapon. Each open world has a separate standing system that locks you out of the things to do in said open world until you have spent atleast a couple of weeks grinding up till your daily standing cap for that planet. There are additionally about a dozen more factions that require you to farm standing (passively or actively) until a daily cap. They also added a free battle pass-like system about 1 or 2 years ago that has actually decent rewards. This game is literally BUILT to get you coming back day after day.

With all that I have said, should you play warframe? If you want to lose your life grinding progression systems that you may not even like just to get to the thing you want, go right ahead. You will NEVER run out of things to do. The gameplay will NEVER get boring. You will NEVER reach endgame, because endgame is just a carrot on a stick that DE keeps pushing back.
