I recently played Alone in the Dark, and while it has some strong points, there are also a few drawbacks.

The game excels in its visuals, which are absolutely stunning and create an immersive atmosphere. The story is intriguing, though by the time you get closer to the end, it starts to drag a bit, and you might even feel like you’re about to doze off. But then comes the climax, like a powerful alarm clock—it jolts you awake with an intense and surprising finale that leaves a lasting impression. The performances from the actors are also top-notch, adding real depth to the experience.

That said, there are areas where the game struggles. Bugs can occasionally get in the way, the enemy variety is quite limited, and the selection of weapons feels too small. The gameplay also feels a lot like Resident Evil—especially Resident Evil 7—so it doesn’t feel completely original in some areas.

Still, for fans of horror games, Alone in the Dark is worth trying. Its breathtaking visuals, strong performances, and a memorable ending make up for its shortcomings.
