Valheim is a breath of fresh air in both the survival & early access game categories. From the get go for $20 you get an extremely polished product with easily 100 hours of exploring and conquering (so far) depending on your play style. The game makes building as painless as possible; every single building piece you craft you can break down for 100% of the materials back & repairing your tools is always free. The crafting system is simple but in-depth enough to pull off beautiful builds. Valheim follows a 1 boss per biome theme with a very slow and rewarding crafting system enticing you to build everything possible. Some of the best times i've had playing video games recently have been sailing home with friends after a long journey. I HIGHLY recommend playing Valheim.
