It's p good

Honestly they did an amazing job on this game. It puts a lot of situations in the first game into perspective. Daughter did an amazing job with the music. I was a huge Daughter fan, and this game has made me appreciate her music a bit more.

Your super-power is the ability to choose which words you say, you argue your way into and out of different situations. A lot of the characters (especially if you have played the first one) have good depth and I could imagine a lot of players could relate with many of them and the situations that arise.

The game is a masterpiece. The story, character development, atmosphere, etc. It's a wonderful game and I really hope that if you haven't experienced this game/series that you get to enjoy it as much as I have.

I absolutely loved this game. The story was wonderful, the acting and music were amazing. Idek I just really, really liked how they incorperated traditional viking lore with their own twists. The depiction of actual psychosis (as opposed to popular culture) is fantastic, and them using this as a cornerstone of Senua's abilities to solve puzzles is even better. I loved all the subtle and overt hints, I loved that it wasn't a million tooltips; but it was a progressive learning experience. In thirteen hours (2 playthroughs) I am absolutely in love with it. I really hope I see more titles made by Ninja Theory in the future: I'd love to see them maybe release one or two more with Senua (for reasons found at the end of the game), but not overdo it because it sells. And I doubt they will, go read their AAA proposition, they really put a lot of thought and care into the whole of game creation.

You might feel that this romanticizes psychosis, but it doesn't. She's tormented throughout the game by voices, and sometimes, relieved. This "vision" helps her see things, but they can be beneficial or detrimental. This can be one of the many ways it (psychosis) is experienced. It's not a one size fits all. On their website, they even have a "Mental Health Support" for people who were disturbed by the game, desire to learn more, or are experiencing similar symptoms. I think that it's a lot of foresight from them.

During one of the fights, the lights broke and I ended up having to guess it (Trying to avoid spoilers here), but even then, it was doable, albeit frustrating. I bought the game during the winter sale, and I am really glad I did. I hope you, whoever is reading this, gives it a chance - I don't think you'd regret it.

I am glad they released a beta. I have thirteen hours on this beta, and it was fun. However, they still port it from console over to PC, they don't offer dedicated servers, and they have a garbage anti-cheat system that has been seen time and time again. Tonight alone, I met plenty of hackers, and not just "He's better than me, I will call him a hacker", but play of the game spin bot type hackers. It is not fixed, has not been fixed, and will not be fixed. It is fun, but I don't recommend it. It's a garbage company that does not care about anything beyond money. They are charging you $80 for the same game, you can go play CODWAW for a more enjoyable experience, and cheaper.
