Now that I have finished the game, I can write a well informed review
PROS:
Interesting concept
Ability to upload own jpgs to customize game
Gameplay is smooth - smooth 144 fps without frame dips
Glitchless, never encountered one in my entire playthrough
CONS:
A slight lack of replayability; when you complete all the puzzles, there is little to do. This is partially remedied by the ability to add your own puzzles
I believe there is a bit too much sexual tension. This game is absolutely not SFW (unless you're risky ;)). I think this brings down the focus of puzzle solving, which partially kills the immersion.

Overall, I would give this a 8/10. A solid experience, especially on sale. The puzzle solving is brought down by the sexual focus, but other than that the first playthrough of Pleasure Puzzle: Sexy Girls is a must for any self respecting gamer.
