The best action RPG ever made and still by far the best PvP in a Souls game.

DS1 > Bloodborne > DS3 > DeS > DS2

If a person actually appreciates such RPGs to any extent, Dark Souls 2 is a must buy, I'd say.

This is actually possibly my favorite game of all time. I'm not going to change the rating. The rating is issues with the port, the gameplay its self is amazing. Dark Souls 2 looks like it's going to be a really really well done job on the PC, so if you're extremly worried about purchasing the first, just try and hold out. I'm definetly pre-purchasing 2 and planning to play the crap out of it on release.

Well yeah, with the fix it's superior for sure, but without it, it kinda blows. Especially with KB+M.

In all honesty I think that the PC port is way better than the original console versions of the game. As long as you have a good computer and get DSfix that is. If you have a good computer, you don't even have to suffer from the horrible lag some areas have in the console versions.
