This version of the game is very buggy and absolutely unplayable. Spawn in islands, respawn glitch causes you to not be able to move but fire cannons at people that can't see you, pop in issues where enemy ships are invisible, etc.

Its not AAA quality, but its pretty fun. Small Scale Mount and Blade styled combat!

Pretty fun single player experience. I put in around 20 hours and barely saw a soul or a need to group up. Being limited to 1 character slot is pretty new player unfriendly when deciding on a starting set of abilities (classes are basically recommended pairings of ability sets, but the same character can unlock others). And I recommend the voice acted story plots and challenging puzzles.

Demo is pretty fun. Wish I knew it was a demo before downloading.

This has a lot of potential

If the character grappling hook is an indication of end game.... I am so on board with this game. Great dev tool I hope to put something together to maximize the grappling hook.

Very fun first impression. It feels like a middle ground between CSGO and Call of Duty.

The mouse fidelity does feel like its over rewarding hitboxes, which favors aggressive players that think fast and move to find targets to kill quickly.

Makes for some fun as a FPS in the Ghost of the Shell world. I hope release will show some more map variety outside of control point + giant robot, demolition, and team deathmatch.

It would be a huge plus if there was a mode that allowed control of the robot. I think the game in its current state would be around 75% to 80% in my opinion. Game has fun replay value now, but has potential to me something more if they can push past the same gamemodes we have seen time and again in these FPS games.

Objectives are pretty poorly placed. Layout of maps are neat but due to the bad flashlight make frustrating to see. Doesn't add to the mood of this action shooter.

Objectives are also not marked. In one instanced it asked players to clear out a pawn shop without actually letting people know where it is, as if it expects you to wonder around aimlessly across the map.

It was fun for a quick 20 minutes. So if you have high speed internet and downloading trival games to try, go for it. Otherwise pass.

By far, this is Trion's best game. This is what they should be doing more of and leaving alone darker themed and pvp oriented games as they don't seem to have a grasp of that audience.

Trove is fun, light hearted, and colorful. A game for all ages with a grind that is tied to exploration, discovery, dungeon crawling, and crafting.

Well done, Trion.

I tried giving this game the ol' college try despite my reservations regarding Trion's treatment of other imports. The optimization of this game is something to be desired, which started out just fine but appeared to have performance issues as I skipped cutscenes and progressed through the intro.

My controls were randomly changed after skipping a cut scene, which I feel may be a bug as I imagine not many people would skip these scenes.

The game is lack luster and feels like a lesser addition to the ARPG genre with some phasing of other players to give it the official "mmo" stamp.

Blocking the cannonneer class behind a loli character was a bit disturbing as Asia regional tastes are niche at best when it comes to this bizarre fasination in the west.
