I have no clue how I have 146 hours on this game, but it's completely worth it. Great game for friends and just to mess around. At first when I didn't own the game I said things like "Seems like a knock off of Minecraft" I truly was ignorant. Yes, it is the same concept of gathering supplies, but completely different style, mobs, and feel. One has to come into this game open minded and just play.
10/10 would burn down a forest, spawn a tree giant and die.

Honestly impressed with this game, it is a free game and it's honestly not pay to win.
You can pay real money to buy gold to unlock guns or vehicles and it's not really necessary if your willing to take the time to play the game and rank up and get good.
The graphics are impressive for a free game.
The general layout for the start screen is weird, it takes a little time to understand how to make a squad and pick a map, ect.
It has no tutorial which is disappointing, but you can catch on quickly if you play a game or two. (Well if there is I didn't find see it)

Edit: Above was the beginning of the game, I actually found the game fun and playable. Now I can't even run the game, and i'm pretty sure they're even more money hungry then before. Make your own assumptions and look at others reviews.

This is the first Fallout game I have played and highly recommend it.

Pros
+ Decisive, you choose the story.
+ Customizable, this really lets the player choose their play style. Whether you like using melee weapons or just missile launchers. I like the leveling system alot, you can choose whether you want to enhance you bartering skills, handling with weapons, etc and get a special perk every 2 level ups.
+ Crappy laptops/computers can handle this game. If you do have a crap computer just adjust the settings, or install some mods to make it smoother.
+ I enjoyed the story, and liked the different endings.
+ So much to explore it could take up to a hundred hours to explore.
+ I like the faction and karma system.
+ Enjoy the fact that they have the option of a hardcore mode, which I would never be able to commit to.

+/- Side missions are longer and more interesting then the main story. Estimating in my head if you only focused on the main story, it would take about 10 hours. It's not that bad I really enjoyed it.
+/- Graphics aren't the newest or greatest, but it doesn't take away from the game. I do like the atmosphere it creates.

Cons
- It can have bugs, long loading times, freezing, crashing, etc. I heard alot of people get this problem also, and they get this loading bug. I didn't get them too much to make it unenjoyable, I just didn't like the fact sometimes I had to start over a mission due to a crash/loading bug.
- The lip syncing is questionable, the characters show little to no emotion and many voices are recycled or reused. I liked Boone, King, No-Bark and Yes Man.
- Sometimes it feels like a walking simulator. (I do like how they let you auto-walk because they know it is kind of a walking simulator)
- NO SPOILER, but at the end when the narrator tells you how everyone ends up and the credits roll. I don't like the fact that you can't continue afterwards and see the aftermath of your choices. I remember reading something about New Vegas being rushed a tad bit so they had to release it earlier than thought out to be. I just really wanted to see everything afterwards.

Summary
In conclusion, despite the cons of the occasional bug, repetitive voice actors, and walking. The game is enjoyable and brings back the nostalgic feeling of older games, while still having an interesting story. I did play Fallout 3, and prefer New Vegas.

[Edit] Since this was my first Fallout game I didnt really know the concept, so I had no idea of fast travel. When I first beat the game I had no idea you can just open your pip boy and fast travel to an area. It didn't take away anything for me, I still had a pleasent time exploring.

I rate the game 8/10
