My VAC ban was a result of a TeamViewer Security breach which can be read about here: https://www.darkreading.com/attacks-breaches/how-teamspy-turned-legitimate-teamviewer-app-into-cyberespionage-tool

Upon request from Valve employees in the Mann Co. Trading Community they proceeded to trade lock my account within minutes of my account being accessed by a hacker using this TeamViewer breach. (To give some context i was out of state on vacation and used TeamViewer to manage the Steam Bots for MCT's TF2 Server when this happened). They could not steal my TF2 Items so they purposely got my account VAC banned. I provided proof to Steam Support three and a half weeks before i got VAC banned in full of the IP's used to access and change my credentials to even showing the steam chat of Valve Employees from my community requesting my account to be trade locked. Despite Steam Support KNOWING it wasn't ME and VALVE Employees personally having my account trade locked and having all the information i could from Teamviewer, the community, and proving it wasn't something that i could have ever of done anything about. I still got VAC Banned. Valve Employees not only Trade Locked my account but disabled it 15 min later. This was enough time for the hacker to change my password and load up a hack he KNEW would get me VAC Banned. It wasn't my security, it wasn't my negligence, it was simply bad luck. Until valve changes their policy's or looks at my case again i will forever have a hidden VAC ban.
