I just woke up but basically signing someones steam profile is like getting a picture with a celeb in a way. if you go on some famous esport players steams and go into the comment section you will probably find some unknown person asking that pro player for a sign on their steam profile. if you dont understand i can probs tell you on a discord call. but thing is i like to sign peoples steams for no reason (although im not a celeb i just wanna make their day)
