Are people more creative when they work as a team or individually?
You often hear the question whether people are more creative when they work alone or in a group. In my opinion, working alone is the only true way to become more creative. Here are my reasons.
Firstly, I would say that working independently creates more space. Our vision is not clouded by the opinions of others around us.We dont get a second opinion from someone else, therefore our ideas are unregulated.A recent research from Oxford university shows that that people tend to let their creativity flow more.
