Discounty is a cute Game about a small Town and big ambitions.
While it scratches the itch of something like Stardew Valley, it does so in a different manner. The Game is a lot less grand and freeform, you are following a pretty Linear quest- and Storyline, that leads you through the Townpeoples struggles and a Mentors dreams that you are taking over.
I would've liked it to be much more expansive in the sense of Managing your Store, but the Loop of stocking your shelves, reorganizing your Shop with new Items and Ideas and taking exploring the towns woes after your Shift was nice and very sweet.
I enjoyed it a lot and think its very worth to see where this or maybe future Crinkle Cut Projects go

I have a medium spec computer. basically on par with Recommended Specs. Updated my Drivers and its working very good, smooth fps, looks great, no crashes, i dont know the issue with people here. The Game is phenomenal, this forced hate on any new game is tiring.

Edit: I have now finished the Campaign and I gotta say this Game even exceeded my high expectations. Mechanics and story setups that are an absolute gamechanger for the future of this Game to update and bring back past Monsters, the Soundtrack is amazing through and through and the story was also interesting this time.
Monster Hunter fully starts as a game after the credits, but this time the Campaign was interesting aswell and I cant wait to see where the Endgame goes.

Everyone giving this Game a negative review because of Servers should try thinking like the Devs for a second. You are a small Studio and make a game with little marketing, which shows obviously not that much expectations from Sony in it. You release an absolutely amazing game that gains a lot of traction and suddenly you have 400.000 Active Players. What do people expect? The Devs are surely working as hard as they can but they cant just spawn thousands of extra servers into existence.

Giving a negative Review because of something the Devs could only have prevented by making a worse Game is ridiculous. This Game is incredible. Every Part is meticulously built around the philosophy of just being fun. The Gunplay, the Setup, the atmosphere, the gameplay loop.
Yes it has a Battlepass and Microtransactions, but you find enough currency by playing and a Skin costs like 3 bucks. It is very fair and obviously a Live Service still needs continuous cashflow.
This is the kind of games and Developers we need in a world of ActiBlizz and EA and people are ruining it by letting them look bad for publishers for potential future of this Game or new ones.

I almost never write Reviews but the ignorance of people baffles me again and I want to see the Game and Devs get the recognition they deserve.

I don't get the Mixed Reviews for this game, the issues people have seem mostly not that serious.

I played the Demo at the SteamNext Fest and was immediately excited for it to come out. The Gameplay feels fresh and even though Progression is relatively linear, the Research and resource economy makes it so you always have something on your To-Do list. Its just fun to build, stock-up, float through the void and discover this very mysterious and pretty world.

My only issues are that the Devs could push you to advance a little faster, I only drove slowly so I can collect as much resources as possible, but that makes the pacing very slow as well, maybe some more threats that give you a reason to drive faster.
And the Gunplay and Combat is very barebones, I assume it will be deepened or revamped in the future, as the Devs seem dedicated to the Early Access, with clear Roadmaps and communication.

There are People that say, the first Sequels are always worse because it's just for moneymaking etc, other People say, those are even better, because the Creators learn from Mistakes. Bioshock Infinite is actually the Second Title from the original Bioshock Creators and it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing.

THis one is MUCH better than the first. The gameplay works better, it's fairer and not so unfair hard, the story is preety awesome, even though the end was a bit obvious. I liked this game really much polayed it through in 5 Sessions and had a LOT of fun!! 88/100
