Classic RTS. 5/5

When the learning curve just to play a game is akin to earning a pHD, as a dev you've failed.

GOOD

Great game, and the best of the CS Series. Community is great. Plenty of tips, tricks, etc. from Pros and what not right off the Home Page/Main Scree. Overall worth the money and worthy the time.

The game is full of cinematics and non-stop action. A great game in the alternate-history category! What I enjoyed about the game was story and how they presented an alternate 1960's and 1940's environment. There isn't a large selection of guns, however they make up for this by adding upgrades for most weapons and perks for your character. Overall the game is quite fun, especially with the old-school Wolfenstein mini game inside the character's main base.

Uplay ruins this game. Excessive matchmaking times (12+ minutes) also ruins the game. The gameplay might be great, but the added bullsh!t ruins the experience.

Fun puzzel game. At $10 it wasn't an easy purchase and one I do not regret. The puzzels are simple, medium, and sometimes complex. Overall I find the game fun and worth the entertainmen value.

No Hotkeys (Unless you download mods for it, defeats the purpose)
Econ Bar doesn't make much sense (Unless you download mods for it, defeats the purpose)
No real tutorial
Controls seem odd (Unless you download mods for it, defeats the purpose)

Taking that into consideration I found the game to lack a sense of identity. While planet smashing is no doubt fun, the rest of the mechanics of the game can be confusing and cumbersome. Middle Mouse wheel is required to move the camera (note that not every mouse has this). While keybindings can be configured the menu and keys one is looking for are mixed upon what seems like hundreds of keys, some not really suiting any need or having a sense of purpose within the game. It has a long way to go towards being "finished."

Good way to kill some time.
