Is this a great and fantastic award winning game? No, not by a long shot.

Is it a fun way to spend some time in the Predator universe as a fire team member or the predator killing stuff? Heck yeah.

I recommend if you're a fan of the Predator series. Tons of subtle and not so subtle Easter eggs pointing back to the movies. Plenty of ways to customize your humans or predators through a easy to gain in game currency / level system with the option to get through their loot crate system. Some of the DLC do offer some early unlocks for weapons but nothing major.

Game play is a simple PvPvE 4 fire team vs Predator and AI Stargazer dudes. Don't need to kill the predator to win but if you do ends the mission you're doing either leaving you to run out of the predators wrist bomb range or defuse and start a quick body protection mission for bonus XP.

Balance depends on the people in the game. I've seen both sides OP in matches I would say slight advantage to the predator if they know what they're doing.

Overall the game is fun if you enjoy this universe. Devs continue to release patches and have improved the game greatly since initial release where I played on Epic. Still some bugs and graphical things you notice out of place but don't detract from the game.

It's a game you wouldn't expect to be fun, sloshing through mud, snow, water and overall crap road conditions. Somehow this game is amazing with the satisfaction of checking off each task one by one on the map, getting better trucks, parts, and just better traversing the roads.

You will get frustrated and mad at the game at places. Truck flips over forcing you to reset...grrr. Giant rock went under your truck causing 3 damage to one part while running over a tiny stick damages 3 parts 10-15 damage each.

The satisfaction 100% out weighs the frustration and I keep returning to this again and again.

Hours played at time of review reflects time played with the base game only and the first area with 4 maps. Base game comes with 3 initial areas with multiple connecting maps. Tons of content for the base game price to try and get into the game. If you love it pick up the DLCs adding more maps, trucks, and a bunch of other things.

Yes, yes, and more yes. Will take a bit to learn but worth every moment. Nothing more really needs to be said.

One warning is it is a Paradox game...so you WILL be sucked into all the DLC...you will become...one of us..one of us...

Simply put it is an amazing trilogy and worth every penny. Each game is amazing in its own way and changes the way things work slightly between them. Enough changes and new content to keep things fresh while not so new you're bugging out relearning everything.

Buy it, just do it.

Fun game mixing a blend of game types. So far just beat the campaign which was quite fun. I can understand some of the other review's issues, that I'll let you review yourself, but overall it was a fantastic experience and I'd even give it another go trying different configurations and difficultly. Not to mention survival mode which I'll be dipping into next.

There is a 100% free demo you can try. Gives a nice prologue of the story, how game play is, and confirms that it'll work on your system.

Devs have been continually hard at work with patches and tweaks. Many of the issues noted in other reviews have actually been patched and adjusted based on the community feedback. I'm looking forward to whats next to come for this game.

This game is fantastic! Don't let my lack of Steam hours fool you. I still have my physical copies of the game and expansions. Each were used quite a ton.

Amazing graphic and tactics for it's time that still give me wonder to this day. The pure joy of watching a soldier go flying in the air after being hit with artillery. Knocking a half-track out of control to watch it barrel into a tree or a group of enemy soldiers and blow up is also a great joy.

I would say this game is worth every penny and then some. If you can get it on sale, even better.

Simply amazing. This is a game you'll love even what it's kicking you down and continues to kick. RNG can be painful but forces you to keep thinking on your feet and to always have Plan B and Plan C ready at any moment.

Be sure to get the Enemy Within expansion. Completely worth it and adds a ton of extra content.

So far loving the game. Graphics, voice acting, and AI are meh. The story, theme, and music are amazing.

If you're a Terminator die hard this is the game we've been waiting for.

The game may be in early access but it's fantastic. Make sure you have plenty of blood pressure medicine when you play, you'll need it.
