If you are getting empty offers on your phone then hackers have access to your account API key and will cancel all your incoming trades and replace them with a trade from a fake bot.
You need revoke your API key to fix it.

I will NEVER contact you through alt or discussion accounts. This is the one and only account that I have that I use. ANYONE who says otherwise is liar and (most possibly) scammer. No one is gonna keep your stuff safe except you.

Can you trade any of your skins to mine

- Probably not. Around 95% of the offering trades are basically lowballs, sharking or else. I trade rarely and not trading anything 1:1. Most of my trades are coming from reselling.

Can I get anything free from you You have lots of skins either way

- Congratulations, you earned yourself a block :)

Can you lend me some skins I'm gonna give it back in a week

- No.

What payment methods do you accept

- Bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Paypal. Those are the main ones I use, nothing more.
