Praise the lord thy name is artillery,
My prayer's to the radio god hath answered.

On bended knees I give reverence most profound,
The earth shake's and the sky thunder's at Thy coming!
As fiery ordnance rain's from the heaven's with terror's sound.

I perceive Thy magnificence in each explosive blast
and from Thy mighty shell's our deliverance is assured.
