adhd paradise

I was kinda enjoying the game, but I was really put off by the NPCs. I thought they looked neat, but it seemed like 50% of my interactions with them were negative.
Even the ones you couldn't talk with were complaining about the atmosphere or town, and it really dampened my mood as I played.
I can imagine it is incentive to work towards a better town, but the first impressions of many people being negative or shady really wore me down. Personally, I liked Sebastian from SDV, but I think I only liked him because of the contrast between him and a largely happy and goofy town.

In a game where I want to relax and be happy, I felt very put off by the many NPCs who had a negative attitude, and it heavily impeded on my ability to enjoy the game as a whole.
I can imagine it is some people's preference, but it is personally not mine.

this is legitimately the best multiplayer game i've played with friends, and I can't wait to see more updates for this game
