this is probably the best rougelike out there, and it only gets better with the dlc`s, but there`s just some things to be aware of

I absolutely love both gameplay and the characters, monsters, items, soundtrack and story as well, but the repentance dlc makes this game 10x harder than it already was. Its always nice with a challenge but this is at least 4 steps up from the original game.

And i LOVE this franchise! but i hate the fact that you need to buy afterbirth+ just to play mods, it adds almost nothing else and unless you get it in a bundle or on sale its not really worth it, but you need this dlc just to buy repentance.

overall its still a 9/10 game
