玩法上，2代開始加入丟尖刺的玩法，而且做得非常好。但這裡丟尖刺手感很差，瞄屍體不會優先把尖刺撿起來，物體撿起和拖曳的速度太慢了，沒辦法像2、3代那樣行雲流水，不過這代可以把滅火器、風扇葉片抓起來丟，把怪插死物資會直接掉在原地，至少不用像之前那樣殺死怪還要鞭屍拿物資。還有個可惜的地方是重製版新增了硫酸怪，但沒有辦法用念力接起來再反丟回去

見識過2、3代的怪物暴衝，會發現這裡的怪基本上都很仁慈了。3代把腳砍斷還會高速向你爬過來

-波波沙，這DLC唯一有價值的槍
-消音狙除了那可聽距離很低外其他都不太行
-地圖沒啥特色，玩個兩場就把擬真過了
