Now Half Life,I just dont know what to say,it's a pretty good game for 1998 and this is probobly what made both pc gaming and fps a popular genre. The sequel in my opinion surpasses this,but Half life 1 is still awsome. I recommend it.

Half life 2 is a epic sequel to an epic game. This time there are actual characters than generic models.Theres Barney Calhoun from Blue Shift,who was a security guard at Black Mesa,theres Issac Kleiner who like Gordon was a scientist at Black Mesa. There is Alyx Vance who is the daughter of another scientist at Black Mesa named Eli Vance,it seems like everyone is from Black Mesa,there is Dr Breen who was the administrator of Black Mesa,Judith Mossman who was competing against Gordon to get a position at Black Mesa,Gman who is mysterious and stares at you in anyway possible.There is a monk who you meet in the town Ravenholm called Father Grigori who is the only known survivor there and he escorts you to the mines and there is Odessa Cubbage who is the leader of the ressistance bace called Little Odessa. I do prefer the beta of the game with the Borealis and Air Exchange but this game is still charming. I rate 11/10

This game is good,nuff said

OK time to review this game.Now lets get started,back in 2006-2014 this game was pretty fun for most people,the servers ran smoothly with no problems,the admins on most servers were pretty good and the workshop/gmod.org did not recommend ♥♥♥♥♥♥ saves on the front page.
Then what I like to call the Garry's mod resonance cascade happend,you see back in August 8th 2014 a point and click horror game came out called Five nights at Freddy's,no one actually gave a ♥♥♥♥ about it until a popular youtuber named Markiplier played it,then Pewdiepie played it.
Since Pewdiepie has a fanbase of 2 year olds they all started playing it and the game sold well.
But whats this got to do with gmod? you may ask.Well after the game sold alot of people started making fnaf workshop items that would spam the front page and get rid of the good workshop addons,and then even worse fnaf saves and dupes came out,and then ♥♥♥♥♥♥ recolor addons came out.Later on about a year fnaf got 3 sequels and they were the same damn thing. And there were the cancerous youtubers who kept showcasing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fnaf mods.But even more gmod's online became ♥♥♥♥ and lagged the game because every server was spammed with pointshop and the admins were all 4 year olds.I was a moderator for a deathrun server,it had pointshop and the admins and moderators were pretty fair.And this was after the resonance cascade. So big shout out to Blackchaoshole,the owner of that server.Would I recomend it? Yes and no if you want to go do sandbox by yourself or have a server stricly for you and your friends,then yeah.Otherwise no.
