it stutters like crazy on amd cpu & gpu, I can't bear to play it this way.

I played this game on its first launch, and it was great at that time, but then I abandoned it because none of my friends wanted to play it. I played it again around the end of Season 3, and all of my games since have been filled with bots... I played decent but somehow my lobbies are always filled with bots (including my team) it's a bad experience, feels like I've been lied to by the game, there's no reason to play this.
