Deep Space Galactic space-faring with the only goal being collect scrap, with Phasmophobia-style gear style and a mix of spooky halloween stuff and SCP monsters. 10/10 Proximity Chat is the best feature.

Here's to being a great asset. Great-great asset. Great asset.

Originally purchased on Epic, put in 200+ hours, but want to play on my Steam Deck so I bought it again. Phenomenal game, glad to support the devs twice.

A fun mix of Binding of Isaac-style adventure mode mixed with the colony management and cutesy animal style of Animal Crossing. A delightful romp fighting gods new and old. I love this game and beating it felt great.

The colony management portion feels a little tedious in the beginning, but once you get certain buildings unlocked (Outhouse is a godsend), it starts to smooth out a lot more.

Slay the Spire is one of those games for people who very much enjoy card games, but they aren't good enough/have the time for the slightly more complicated, competitive nature of TCG games like Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic: The Gathering, etc. A rogue-like element where you unlock new cards with each level up, and the choices for new card additions change after every battle, it's a fun way to pass the time.

9/10

I've only played for two hours and these were my experiences:

1. Default Slum Dweller.
I went about doing missions, killing who I had to kill, sometimes avoiding stuff, sometimes not. Pretty okay.

2. Played the Gorilla, and went on a few small rampages to destroy buildings to free my brethren. Got yelled at by a bartender and proceeded to slaughter everyone within a city block. Even with an army of 6 gorillas by my side, we got overpowered eventually.

3. As the Hacker, I attempted to set security cameras and turrets to attack their owner. The owners said "NO" and shot them down immediately, accidentally blew up the wall and killed me immediately.

4. Became a Doctor and went on a major stealth mission, knocking out everyone with my chloroform rag, until I knocked on the door of a Vampire in the park, to steal his signed baseball. He and his compatriot took turns drinking from me until I died of blood-loss.

This game is so much fun. I can't wait to play it even more and unlock all the different play-styles.

This game is wild. Binged it for a solid 3 hours for a livestream and I had so much fun with it! The gameplay is pretty interesting with how some enemies require you to either attack slowly or hit harder to kill faster. More strategy is involved than your typically hack-and-slasher(though once you get to a certain level, I found myself mopping the floor with the lower level minions with a basic AOE instantly). I love the humor in it and many of the references made towards various pop culture icons. Overall, I'm definitely going to pick the game up again and again, as well as each of the sequels that will follow in the series!

The only con I've discovered at first glance is the ranged enemies. Archers and Lancers are so obnoxious to avoid. It's infuriating when they wail on you from a distance while I have to smash through a wall of melee enemies to get to them as I'm whittled down to zero HP.

I've only played four hours as I write this, but I already love this game a lot! The combat with Orbs reminds me a lot of Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia's Glyph mechanic. The story is intriguing and time travel always has a soft spot in my heart.

So far the only con that I have with this is that the harder difficulty isn't already unlocked. You first must beat Normal Mode(which so far feels super easy after grinding monsters a bit for loot drop quests). Still enjoyable though!

This series is probably the best RPG series I've ever played. My mother originally had these games for our computers, but for some reason, they never wanted to work on mine(I think the games hate Windows 7) so I took every advantage of these games going on sale. The story is immensely long and interesting, the combat can be tricky, but fun, and some of the characters' interactions bring a touch of comedy into the world. Who needs good graphics to make a game good?
