Brilliant little deduction/research game. i wasn't initially sold on the 90s aesthetic, but it won me over almost immediately.

I persevered with the manually-opened steam deck keyboard mostly out of stubbornness, but it's far better (and easier) on a laptop.

Bought this game because I enjoyed watching Real Civil Engineer play it.

I'd describe it as a gentler version of Dwarf Fortress, but with radioactive water instead of the circus and droughts instead of uncontrollable lava spills. 10/10.

Can't wait to see what the next updates bring.

This game is a joy to play. It sat in my library untouched and unloved for far too long, until the fateful span of months when I no longer had access to the internet so I had to play the games I already had downloaded and nothing more - and I'm so glad this one was on the list.

It's fun, quirky and beautifully designed, amazing to play as both multi and single player, especially while hungover, ill or annoyed at an internet provider which refuses to provide. Grab it in the sale!

(It doesn't need a controller to play if you're used to keyboard gaming, don't worry - I have highly enjoyed both input methods.)

8/10

This houseplant simulator/meditation aid definitely deserves GOTY.

At first, I was annoyed at the microtransactions that are required if you want to buy new seedlings, but then I realised that actually the game rewards patience; due to the free-succulent-ever-week mechanic, if you just wait long enough, you'll get every plant you could ever want.

10/10 would croon softly at a virtual aloe vera plant called Phyliss and Humphrey the snail again

I hate traditional point and clicks, but found this game/visual novel immersive, perfectly paced, atmospheric and beautiful. Fans of comic books and film noir will love this series.
