BOTH good motherboards BUT it all comes to price.MSI I bought is designed for gaming and is cheaper with 100bucks then ASUS at the same level and thats the only reason I switched on MSI.The same thing goes between AMD GPU and NVDIDIA GPU : nvidia is expensive compared to AMD while AMD does the same thing sometimes better and cheaper ... soo you do the math
IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY - ASUS (BEAST) + NVIDIA
IF YOU HAVE MONEY - MSI(ULTRA GAMING BEAST) + AMD
BOTH are good and will satisfy your needs NICE and WELL ... dont worry.
