I only have a few friends (less than five) that as I would put it
"I trust them with a loaded handgun while standing behind me"

As I haven't been to many SciFi conventions in this century, so most if not all my out of town friends have literally died off. And I pretty sure there is less than ten(10) people who knows my real name.
Unless I'm dealing with a Canadian provincial or federal government agency I never use my birth name.
I was even known as 'Evil Dave' when I was working professionally as a custom software developer in the previous century. I have been on provincial disability since about 2003.

Wow Evil Dave, been there and done that.... Good you have a resolve.... I don't seem to attract those kinds of friends that have my back.

It's a good thing that I posted all those links in because do to a mistake I made when having Win10 reinstalled, I lost ALL of the documentation that I had created. well at least I don't have hunt for this solution again. My friend who also plays CSL tried those steps and it seem to work for him.
