I think the game's unique mechanics are great, complex, challenging and engaging. The graphics aren't top notch but the details on certain objects including vegetation are quite nice. The gameplay can be difficult with finding certain items (plants for instance) to heal your open wounds or suddenly finding yourself being attacked by a jaguar out of nowhere...not to mention the poisonous snakes, spiders and centipedes. I like that there's a different "hunger" system with the carbs, proteins, fats and water intake separately shown. I'm not gonna bore you with a whole lot now, I recently got the game and while I am enjoying it alot...I do have to say one important thing....DEVS...somehow fix the microstutter, the framerate drops massively in the inventory, when crafting to about 20 or less, it's annoying and honestly why is it still an issue. There should definitely be another performance related update. Sometimes even without any animals / enemies in vicinity, the frames would drop to 35. My 6GB GPU , i5 cpu and 32GB of RAM shouldn't be the problem. The game is also on my SAMSUNG SSD, so this is definitely still a unresolved issue that needs to be fixed.

Great game to let out all your frustration and rage on a rainy day or just when you're feeling nervous and wanna chill and enjoy with loads of graphic brutal violence. Mindless fun with some minor performance issues in some areas but it's kinda like what POSTAL 3 wanted to be but failed in achieving that. Graphics are good, you can destroy properties (walls, doors, entire houses) If you want a more gorier GTA with very few quests (or none so to speak) this game is great

I've always loved taking photos of disturbing, decayed and utterly grotesque scenery. Now, I can do that and more in this awesome Fatal Frame comeback. Exploring a beautiful Indonesian setting while ghosts, deformed babies and other freakish yet beautiful creatures greet you along your journey...well, they're kinda nice looking...right? Anyhow...I won't ramble on, but if you like exploring, puzzles and haunting imagery that's somehow oddly attractive to me...this is the game for you. It will bring you pleasant dreams and calm your nerves. Enjoy driving Linda crazy :)

Lara is better than EVER!

Well for one thing, she has alot more personality and she really did something with that hair, hmm, Head & Shoulders?
From start to finish the game is mesmerizing in storytelling, scenery, characters but most important, a variety of gameplay mechanics and good replay value. The animations on the characters are quite the eye candy, yet the game isn't demanding or stuttery. Not gonna ramble on and on so your eyes hurt, your nose begins to bleed suddenly...unexpectedly...ah, the POINT IS...that if you liked the previous TOMB RAIDER games, you've taken the character of Lara Croft to heart...you will most likely...definitely LOVE the new and improved reboot of gasp, writting with CAPSLOCK, "TOMB RAIDER"

Tired from everyday stress? Someone pissed you off? Do you just wanna relax and enjoy igniting, shocking, stinging, throwing or simply wacking someone across the face? Well you can if you can handle the "pissing off, stressing and yelling" parts. SEVERE lack of options, a OMG mouse movement, BLAIR WITCH FOV, blurred textures for an even more pleasuring headache, some WACKY sounds bugs and a few more surprises and you got yourself a classic game that RESURFACED into a SHINY, wait...no...a unneeded brush stroke across a already brilliant masterpiece...a STROKE TOO FAR. Install the original, AVOID the remaster for now at least....

If there is a game more or the same feel and atmosphere as Amnesia, as Silent Hill (along those pretty classic horror lines)...THE ARRIVAL is among those games.

- First off the game has beautifully composed music, greatly developed ambient sounds, the look and feel. Even with barely anything else other than "search, collect and survive", the game never fails to disappoint or bore (how could it possibly do that?)

- Helplesness is the key element here...terror is the main goal directed towards us (the player) and shocks, oh don't worry....there are aplenty.
- I don't wanna spoil it for people who haven't (or are for some reason scared to play the game), but know one thing...all future buyers...if you love horror (SURVIVAL HORROR) minus the firearms and meaningless combat implemented, you will certainly love and are gonna get utterly scared (or pleased in a perverse way^^) of Slender: THE ARRIVAL. You will like it...you might love it....you are gonna JUMP from JOY of it...

He's...waiting...for....you....

Why....why....why did I have to select the "Do NOT RECOMMEND" button. Well future buyers (Let's hope not, cause BEWARE!)

- First of all, this game heavily overloads/uses system resources, GPU overheats, CPU, and not to mention the long loading times, stuttering, hickups and more...AND...this is practically with the game on it's almost medium to low settings. Granted graphically then the game looks fine, but still performs AWFULLY! I really wanted to enjoy it to the fullest extent. But I just had to uninstall it due to the constant weird noises it made my GPU produce, oh and the framerate ofcourse. You cannot rebind the keys, you can't do pretty much do anything other than the default settings. So beware...until they FULLY adress the issue at hand with the abysmal performance...for the sake of your hardware, don't buy it....not worth your money...at least not for now. I'm sorry to have said this about a "horror" game as I'm a completely overly obsessed freak with anything having to do with horror...but even I can't lie to myself...or others. AVOID....for now.

Take a trip down memory lane...no...wait, wait. It's gonna be a trip down buggy land instead. Silent Hill: Homecoming has a twisted and well told story that may be at certain points ruined by bad framerate, stuttering, bizzare lockups or even a simple puzzle (or at least it was meant to be simple) Either way...it's a ok adition. Although for best atmosphere....play Silent Hill: Origins

It's a shame that Dead Island got only a 7.0 rating on gamespot...despite some flaws it may have, Dead Island's graphics, physics and blood/gore effects are top notch. Im sure it's gonna be a terrific zombie experience...like the Left 4 Dead games ^^
