Najlepszy City Builder od bardzo dawna. Aktualnie bezkonkurencyjny w swoim gatunku.
Plusy:
+Grafika
+Złożoność symulacji
+Duża kontrola nad miastem
+Rozbudowana baza modyfikacji
+Nadal rozwijany
Minusy:
-Polityka DLC Paradoxu
-Spadająca wydajność w miarę wzrostu rozmiarów miasta
-NIeliczne bugi
