I really enjoy this game, to the degree I felt compelled to leave a review.

I can see people not enjoying it, though.

The people who have left negative reviews, this game wasn't made for them. That's ok - but don't let it stop you from giving it a try if you think the concept is something that would appeal to you. You could end up passing up on one of your all time favourites.

If you want a game that gives you a feeling of real exploration combined with being in constant danger, then this one is for you!

When I saw all of the hype rolling in, I was under the assumption that people were just boarding the indie hype train yet again. This game is different. It really is that good. It isn't just good, it's nothing short of amazing. It is the best game I've played in years. I don't think I'll be able to bring myself to play it again though. Everything is perfect.

Stay determined and don't kill anyone.

I hate all the Oblivion hate going around. Everyones either raving about Skyrim or Morrowind. Yeah sure it might look awful. Yeah sure it might play awful. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if it didn't have one hell of a charm that won me completely over in a heartbeat, probably the last game I played to give me the amazeballs exploration feel. Not to mention the expansion pack - Shivering Isles - was an absolutely fantastic addition to the whole. Oblivion has heart, and is definitely one of my favourite games of all time. I've probably spent over 1000 hours on Oblivion and have bought the game several times to show my support. It may be unpolished, but there's certainly a gem under there.

Until you have conquered the world as Banana King of Ethiopia, one with an insatiable lust for bananas, going as far as to commit genocide through nuclear weaponry just for their tasty goodness, you have not lived.
