Overall feels like a big improvement from the first one and they still have large updates every month. The way you attack and defend yourself is different from the first game and feels better imo. Progression is still done in a very similar way but the environments are better. Your brain busted buddy is going to do a lot of the really annoying stuff for you, so you can enjoy more on the building/crafting and less of the constant gathering. Enemy AI is a lot smarter in combat, creepier and more stealthy. Lastly, you get a lovely ballerina bodyguard who if you treat well will protect you, unless she has some important business to attend.

fun game to dink around with the boys, nothing you should take seriously.
