Food becomes plentiful as town slowly dies, town prosperity goes up as the people die. Everything becomes better as town slowly dies!

Another town started to die because it got to big, and there wasn't enough food for everyone, and everyone slowly died of starvation.

Banished is a harsh and unforgiving game that your steam library is not complete without.


10/10 would buy again

This is one of the best strategy games I have played. And for $5 if you didn't like it you didn't waste much.

I saw Paulsoaresjr's lets play on this game and was amazed at it! At first I thought it be a nice game to have, as I saw more of it I really wanted it. This game is amazing, it was a bit hard to get anywhere in the game at first for me but once I got somewhere it was easy to escape. This game is amazing in its early alpha stage hopefully it will be amazing for as long as development happens. If you like the idea of escaping prison get this game. This game will blow your mind, don't listen to the few negative reviews they are mostly bug related. I love spending time to fromulate and gather the parts needed for a complex escape plan. This game is well worth the money, it provides any number of hours of playtime.

This is a really nice city building game it is amazing, its kinda boring because it takes a while to complete one mission but if you have time to spare I suggest playing it.

This is a great game I am on the Nightly builds and what I can tell from the nightly builds. When the full release comes out, this game will be mindblowingly awesome.

This game is a game about space travel and exploration I find it very enjoyable. This game should be great when the big 1.0 update comes out.

The grind might be a little hard at first but once you understand how things work it is pretty easy. This game is well worth the $15.

Also there are a bunch of bad reviews saying that nothing is happening with the development.
The reason why it has been so long since the last upate is because they are working very hard on the big 1.0 they have been working on it for a very long time. On their website (playstarbound.com) somebody blogs about what they have been working on pretty much everyday.
