Everyone knows what Portal is. It's not as good as Portal 2, but still totally worth a play. It also makes the story of portal 2 make a lot more sense. If you haven't played this for some reason, pick it up now. It's one of the few must-play classics.

This game is so good. The story, combat, and characters are all amazing, but what really makes the game special for me is the environment. The metro feels so heavy and real. Because of this game underground post nuclear apocalypse settings are by far my favorite. There are choices you get to make that influence the story slightly, which is a big plus in my books. The only thing at all I have to complain about is that sometimes the game feels a bit too linear. The times I enjoy it most is when I get dropped in a small town filled with people and shops and I get to explore. Keep in mind that this is a very minor complaint, I just want to explore the world more.

Very interesting choice based game. The aesthetic and music work very well and help set a perfect tone. Keep in mind, the game is short, but has a good amount of replay potential. Even with the replay potential, the price is a bit high for most people. Look for this game on sale, or buy it at full price if it looks really interesting to you.

I have had some amazing times with my friends on this game. This game is really only top-tier when you have people to play with. Keep in mind that whoever you play this with will hate you afterwards, but it'll be great while you're in game. The minigames are fun, the system for unlocking skins and new gamemodes is satisfying, and the pace of the game produces a perfect amount of chaos while still keeping you interested.
Worth full price. Buy it for yourself and a friend.

This is a very beautiful puzzle game with an open world and amazing atmosphere. I do have to say that I haven't finished the game yet simply due to how bad I am at it and how overwhelming it can feel at times, but it's still very fun when I'm in the mood to play it. If you're the type of person who will read through every text document you come across to learn the lore of the world you'll be happy to know that this game has plenty of that.
I got the game through Humble Bundle and it was worth it to me, but $40 does feel a bit steep. If you see it on sale I'd say go for it, but only pay full price if you really think this game is down your alley. Defiantly look up some gameplay first.

I'm not going to pretend like this game doesn't have problems, but it's still pretty damn great. You play as a cop who was killed, but still exists as a ghost and has to solve his own murder.

Pros:
- The story is great and really pulls you in.
- The environment is great and walking around the city finding all these mysteries you can solve is awesome.
- The crime scenes where you have to piece evidence together are fun, logical, and satisfying.

Cons:
- Anything in a story mission that's not cutscenes or puzzles. This is basically dealing with the demons that will try to kill you. To me they just felt like filler and were frustrating.
- The pacing is a bit off. This is in part due to the story, but mostly due to the demons. One moment you're playing a puzzle game, then a stealth game, then an action horror game. The tone this game sets is great, but the change in pace can mess it up sometimes.

If you see this game on sale, pick it up in a heartbeat. Full price it might be worth it depending on how much you enjoy the game, but for max 10 hours of gameplay (About 5 for just the main quests) $30 is a bit much.

EDIT:
I recieved a comment saying that it's actually possible to disable demons by making a change in the config file. I highly recommend doing this.

This is one of the few bullet hell games I really enjoy. All of the different weapons, bodies, and engines really make it so you can have a different experience each time you play. There are enough unlocks to hold your interest for quite a while and the difficulty level is low enough at the start for inexperienced players (like myself) to enjoy short fast paced games, but ramps up high enough that you can put as many hours as you want into the game perfecting it. There's even a more hardcore mode that just amps the difficulty up to 11 from the start. Good for players that want to skip the easy starting bit. The soundtrack is also awesome and totally gets you in the mood.

Flowchart on if you should buy RONIN:

Have you played Gunpoint?
If not, go play gunpoint.

Did you enjoy Gunpoint?
If so, buy Ronin.

This is very similar to Gunpoint in many ways. In my opinion, Gunpoint is a better game, but that doesn't make Ronin bad. So pick that up if you haven't to at the very least get a feel for what this game is like. If you enjoy Gunpoint, you'll enjoy this.

Let me start by saying that I hate fighting games. I'm bad at them and have never enjoyed them. With that being said, this game is amazing. Great game for people who don't normally play fighting games as you don't absolutely have to know the combos to have fun. The story mode is also great. Even for people who normally aren't into superhero stuff, it's really engaging. I don't know how good this game is for people who are actually good at fighting games, but it seems to have enough depth that the skill ceiling would be pretty high.
Keep in mind that Injustice 2 is out now on PS4 and XBO, and it does look like a newer, better version of this, so if you have the console and the money go ahead and pick that up. If you only have a pc or if you're short of cash, this is still really fun.
Also do yourself a favor and check out the free mobile version of this game. It's by far the best mobile game I've played.

Know that this is not Telltale's best work. It's short, and has problems with making your choices feel like they matter. With that being said, it's still a game worth playing. The story is good and the gameplay feels smooth. If you've never played a TWD game before do not start with this one. Even though I recommend this game, the first season is so much better. If you have played all the other Telltale TWD games and want more, wait for this to go on sale. It's very short and doesn't have much replay value so it's not worth the full $15.
