With that said, I liked it. Personally I've found it somewhat ambiguous what each cocktail does, probably doesn't help that I'm dense and impatient, so no idea what those choices did.
Unless you live alone, do not ignore the suggestion and use a headphone. No, it's not for music or atmospheric reasons. I should've listened to the suggestion.

Great game, I love forcing pawns to stay alive despite their best efforts to die by attempting to haul a metal slag at the center of a mech cluster. Also buy biotech alongside base, it's kinda crazy that the game came out without it.
As for other 2 DLCs, you can use them to maximize misery ie. force vegetarians to eat meat, slavery, racism, non-consensual organ arbitrage and making prisoners fight to death
