Honestly, for how simplistic the game is...it's an amazing time. Not too grindy, but not too easy. Almost a perfect balance.

You say we have to collect money to complete the level, then put up invisible walls blocking the money. You should be in jail for fraud and theft. Steam....why do you allow this kind of trash on your platform?

3/10. The only redeeming feature of the game was a Developer's mistake which got patched out. What had the potential to be an incredibly rich and in-depth crafting system is now just like all the others. The portals only lead to the same boring maps so it matters not how we get there. Portal, door, loading screen. IDC. We have 3 maps, with variance to pretend like it's something new. (Minor Cards) The end game...like most games, consists of grinding for 'better gear' that you don't really get to use anywhere...as it's....The End Game. Oh, wow...I unlocked a Dauntless Pick that I can use running the same three vaults and show off at the Watch......eeeeww. Shinny. Get real. It's a boring grind with no purpose. There is nothing about this game that is truly 'original' enough, nor intriguing enough to keep the mind of an intelligent gamer.
If you want the Gaslamp experience...BUY IT. There is no other game that will do what it does for you. If, however, you thought this was 'something unique and different'.....it's not. It's grindy, and repetitive and the building is sub-par and limited....not to mention hid behind near-end-game. By the time you unlock them, there is not much of the game left and unlike other games...it's not fun to play for building as they have horrible building limits. After this game...I think I am done with EA. I'll wait till the dev's can figure out what they are doing so I don't waste another 200 hours like I did with this game, or others. Game Development has really tanked over the years and it's sad. So much lost potential.

Simply put....The Single Best Base-Building game on the market right now. One of the best Co-op and Survival Games on the market....and tied for my personal favorite game. To top it all off...some of the best dev's in the industry.

*An additional 1127 hours of gameplay and several survival builder releases and I still stand firm....Valheim is the best Survival Builder on the market.

The game has a grip of potential but the dev. team are crap. I learned this when I was banned from their discord for asking if the game was going to be P2W. I bought the Zealot package before launch and they still refused to let me back into the Discord. I didn't care......I just wanted to play. That...was before I actually got to. Now I'm just pissed I wasted money on a dragon pack just to have them nerf the dragon.
First and foremost the matching, especially for Ranked play is crap. If you join a match and leave, you get penalized. Fine. No problem. If, however, 4/6 of your team leave and it leaves you forced to complete the match to avoid the penalty....you end up losing a massive amount of Rank points from the resulting lost match. They should either put in bots or force drop any match that ends up so unbalanced. Its bull**** to penalize us because we stuck around. This is a well known issue and one I have been fighting to 'deal with'. This last update was too much though. They literally just nerfed the weakest dragon on the roster, simply because it gave players a fighting chance against the cheating players. The dev's have brain-damage and the games doomed as a result. Don't waste your time getting attached to an Online only game that already has a dead community.

To be clear...I would recommend the game for under a $, like I paid and under the hopes that the Game goes anywhere. I would like to see better controls. Currently the right stick is used for speed and I would rather the triggers. I would also like to be able to look around while flying. The Demo is also incredibly short.
