Big fan of Bit Dungeon II but only a few minutes into this game and the controls make it nearly unplayable. I might play it again if it's updated to have controls closer to the previous title, but for now I cannot recommend it.

To respond to the developer question: I tried using both the mouse and controller, and neither were good.

Great game, reminds me a lot of The White Chamber. I was wary about buying it at first due to the short play time, but I felt fulfilled after finishing it with the best ending in a single sitting. Did run into some technical issues in the menu, which unplugging my gamepad fixed. Overall I enjoyed this game a lot. If you're a fan of story-based horror games, give this one a go.

I was introduced to 10 different characters in the first quarter of the game and couldn't pick my favorite.

I like how you can see the bottom of the universe from this game.

This is the first title in an crowd-funded episodic game featuring the highest highs of the universe and the lowest lows of hell. When creation and destruction collide, it is up to you, the hero, to save everyone from the evil gods. In this game, your choices really matter, and it features intricate and rewarding combat and crafting systems. Watch as your foes fall before your mighty blade, before collecting ancients treasures long forgotten. The color scheme is a gaudy, but I think it fits well with overall theme. Oh, and the best part? The developers really listen to the fans, constantly updating this gem according to our voices.

12 out of 11, best 500 dollars I ever spent in crowd-funding for a fancy cape on my character model. I just hope the multiplayer comes out soon!
