I can't recommend this game enough, it's so criminally un-talked about and it's a masterpiece. The story is just something else, it's so clever and well told that it really stuck with me since the last time I played it a few years back (before it was on Steam), and the new content with Forgotten stories just makes it better. Obviously it wouldn't exist without Skyrim, but I'll be honest: it's better than Skyrim in every way. I could really go on about this game but here's a quick list of some of its key features that stand out to me:

• Meaningful player decisions and relationships with characters
  
• Memorable, well written and well voice acted characters
  
• Great level design, large open world which allows for hours of exploring and side quests
  
• Beautiful soundtrack

Basically my only criticism is to do with the starting area - specifically Riverville. While it's fine, it's by far the least interesting part of the game, which is a shame because it doesn't do justice to what's to come and could put people off before they really get stuck into the world.
