If you're into city builders this is the most realistic and playable as of 2020. The modding community have enhanced the game beyond imagining. As far as I can tell Paradox has delivered a game that is balanced and playable on multiple platforms at varying levels of computing power. The modding community have taken that vanilla play experience and developed it into a rich and complex city building experience.

Paradox privacy policy is invasive.
