the newest entry in the king of fighters series where we continue off from the story of shun'ei
been waiting for this game for quite a damn while and i can say iam enjoying how this game is coming along so far
the combo system feels like a love letter to fans of 02 um and XI and 13/14 and its great! its also an easy KOF to get into entirely especially since every character is pretty damn good
the first DLC team garou which contains Rock gato and B Jenet are also very well done to!
it was pretty worth it waiting for those times

thou i do really want adelheid back in kof XV

Guilty Gear XX ACR is basically the final edition of X2 and its honestly a huge improvement when compared to slash and AC
all characters have been rebalanced (so now kliff and justice won't ruin everyones lives now) and in general everyone just became good there are definitely characters that are better than the other but all in all you should be fine playing as who you wanna be plus there is rollback netcode so you will not suffer from playing online (unless if the internet you have is completely ASS)
arcade mode and M.O.M mode are there to along with both survival and classic survival so there is still stuff to do if you ever wanna do solo stuff
in general really this is arguably the best version of X2 in general with all the rebalances and such you can just hope on and get rocking!

Makai Senki Disgaea 5 is a SRPG made by NIS well known for its over the top attacks, story, and crossovers with characters from NIS's other/older games such as Lord Zetta from Makai Kingdom and Tyrant Lord Valvatorez from Disgaea 4
the Game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ride with its Amazing and memorable Soundtrack and with the MANY mechanics that add up to the fun of this game!

as for the grinding
you don't really need to grind much till post game carnage dimension to be real honest
you can get REALLY far in the game with little to no grinding

if this is your first disgaea then you are about to pick up a damn good one!
even if you are not a fan of SRPGs i still say you should give this game a shot!

The first Game in the series and it still holds up to its legacy of games
Disgaea is a rather strange thing to get into at first but MAN it can really be fun
best part is the fact they basically allow you to set up classes the way you want (or you could just do the easy way and just pick majin and boom thats it you won congrads)

the story has a slight mix of humor and some seriousness i s h to it and it surprisingly fits very well
the OST of course is fantastic (props the violin boi in some of the ost to)
the game of course has its difficulty spikes (and so do the other games as well) such as some bosses just straight up being ridiculous (such as bloodis in the 5th game or say idk baal the tyrant overlord)
one thing to point out is the fact that all the games levels allow you to go up to 9999 as its max
of course with some reincarnation to achieve 10m stats (which will literally make the carnage dimension ya side hoe but at the same time not)
the game is slightly outdated compared to the sequels after this but its still a great game to play itself
overall i would most definitely recommend this game

Note:i may have only a few hours on this game but i managed to fully experience the game on ps4 hopefully either i get a better computer or maybe find another way to play it here but as FAR as i know there really is no difference between the 2 versions (only the 3ds version has a difference with content but thats sadly stuck in region content locked hell)

The Dragon quest series....where do i begin?
I played the series a long as hell time ago when i was a young dood despite starting off with dragon quest 8 i dug deep further into it i loved the soundtrack the characters hell i loved it more then the final fantasy games! When i started to play rpg games again (after beating the dragon quest monster series which is a spinoff series that i really think you should check out sometime) man i was glad to hear 11 was coming around to the US and it did not disappoint me at all!
Dragon quest 11 is probably even longer then the other ones i played (and i was told 7 was long as hell)
Dispite 10 being stuck in japan you don't really have to worry much about it (although 10 is a great game...shame its never coming the us)

Iam currently 98 hours in the game (yeah its that large) and man after thinking i was done oh man it was only the beginning
The characters are great and very memorable to! The main villain is pretty great to (not spoiling who these guys are so ye)
The music really isn't as bad as everyone says it is sure it may not be orchestrated but it actually sounds nice to!
The games difficulty varies at random times
It could be pretty easy
Then theres random times where the game says "Screw you ya cuck" and it just becomes hell
But if you want to make it really REALLY hard the game has a mutations thing of sort you can put on your save file such as
"Stronger monsters"
And
"Lower experience points from easy fights"
Theres a good few to choose from as well to
The difficulty compared to other dragon quests its pretty much one of the easier ones (compared to dq1 and dq2 legit being the hellish rpgs difficulty wise)
All in all the game itself is great and i REALLY REALLY recommend this game if you are ever on a rpg craze!

Also random fact:the original series name before dq5 was originally called dragon warrior before it was called dragon quest

So here we are the newest kof by far and with XV coming in 2020 i might as well tell ya about XIV

XIV didn't have a good run at first it wasn't because of gameplay though....it was mainly because people complained about the graphics

now personally graphics don't really bug me when playing a game its just how good the game works and everything else to me that matters really

anyways SNK of course managed to patch it up and say what ya want i think the graphics don't really look that bad tbh

as for the gameplay its REALLY nice to be honest it plays very well and if you are ever new to the kof series in general this one will feel nice in ya hands

the music itself is great to and it even has hidden soundtracks that play when 2 certain characters fight

all in all this is a really great kof in general and its really nice to (also you can mod the files i do believe so you can go nuts with that to)

SNK put a lot of effort to make it playable and fun in general

the only catch really is the fact the 3 characters
najid
heidern
and shun
are somewhat a little broken
they can be beaten
but its hard as h e l l
other then that i highly recommend this game itself for the fact its a really well done kof

The final chapter of the ash crimson saga and what was thought to be the final kof game (untill kof 14 came out of course)

if you couldn't tell already the game has amazing sprites and graphics indeed along with the fact it has some good gameplay to!
if your not sold on that already i might as well tell you the pros and cons of this

Pros
amazing graphics
pretty good netcode
new and legacy characters with the return of mr karate, raiden, and hwa jai
Iori without flames being a good character still (you might wanna look up on that if you haven't played kof XI)
2 hidden unlockable characters

Cons
not as much characters as the dream match games (2002 and 98) but its no small roster of course
not really that noob friendly (that is unless you play flames iori or aka EX iori)
the massive amount of cut content suprisingly such as on how adelheid and Geese were suppose to make an appearance in the game....sad on how they weren't in it honestly but adelheid would of been broken to all hell and geese didn't fit the combo system of this game (But geese does return in kof 14....as for adelheid we have to see if he will come in DLC pack 3 if its ever confirmed)

despite those cons this game is really really REALLY good and well done to and i would highly recommend this game to anyone who wishes to try it!

(Rework on the review of kof 98 um FE)

From kof 1994 to kof 2014 SNK brought up a final edition of the unlimited match version of king of fighter 1998 with a rework of characters such as either nerfs or buffs to balance out the game itself

and needless to say they did a very great job of doing so to! characters that you may have found useless before may have been improved and now may be of some use to you but be also warned your main might of had a chance to get nerfed
needless to say though they did fix a good amount of bugs (such as athena appearently becoming jesus and being able to low kick you to death) the game itself is most likely in my opinion the best version of 98 heck the nerfs in the game are not even to harsh either if anything EVERYONE got better at the game (billy kane can no longer fear of being bottom tier now to!)

however the one downside is that there is no arranged soundtrack still BUT in one of the guides someone made a mod that replaces the ost with the AST be sure to check it out to if you missed the ast!

overall it really is the best version of kof 98 it fixed the bugs that actually broke the game or just made it straight up unfair and every character gotten better in general to
its pretty easy to learn as well (don't be afraid to go into training mode cause ya never know if ya gonna need it lol)
