Yes, I've played this game for over 8 years and here are my thoughts.
You can find fun in it both casually and competitively. Community servers also add a variety of different custom game modes to choose from. It's a free game that's not pay to win because 90% of the stock weapons are better than the unlocks. With it's really High Skill Ceiling for all classes you can waste hours trying to get better and improve, which is one of the things I love most about this game. For those reasons I'd say this is, if not, the best free multiplayer game you can get

This has always been a comfort and chill game for me but the way Valve has been treating this game for the past 7ish years and their other online shooter, CS2, I have to drop a negative review until they actually take action and address the bot issue. F2P's should have voice communication in casual and bot hosters should not have platform to speak their sociohopathic behavior.
Valve, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do something about this game me and many others love

The bots have been gone for over a month and they have released the final TF2 comic. Valve seems to be more active nowadays compared to how they've been these past years. I hope they continue to show support for this game along with their new projects like Deadlock,
