Oh yeah, that's the good stuff. It's perfectly familiar while being fresh & new. It does everything right from the Artwork all the way down to the controls and pace.

However, it's like Wolf3D so it hits the spot.

It's all the best parts of all the classics blended into one. Other Modern-Retro-Shooters peril to this absolute masterpiece. This is in my view is the very best one, hands down.

It's not Blood, it's not Dusk, it's CULTIC.

From a Build Engine fanatic perspective:

Cultic seems to be everything Blood wishes it could be, while having some Redneck Rampage esq art. CULTIC (in my opinion) exceeds Ion Fury by a mile as far as compelling gameplay and story. The art is a dark, grimy, unsettling masterpiece that clearly shows you don't need a lot of visual polish to make a good game. The loadout is as crispy as it gets and every weapon feels powerful. Even though it's not Build Engine, it checks every single box, and does so effortlessly.

11/10. We need more. I nominated the ♥♥♥♥ out of this for 'Labor Of Love' & you should too.

I found a rusted out lada shell with nothing more than a few doors on it out in the woods. I towed it home and began work on the new Company Car, After doing a dozen transmission jobs, I was able to save enough money to build my rusted out shell into a real car. After many hours of blood, sweat and tears obtaining every single part I needed, I was ready to purchase a trailer and begin bringing home junkyard tranmissions to be the greatest transmission shop there ever was. After installing a turbo on the Lada, I headed down to the Junkyard to fill my trailer with transmissions. After several days I had amassed a mountain of transmissions and set forth to the garage. Out of excitement, I got a little rowdy on the dirt road and sent my fully restored lada, complete with trailer filled to the top with transmissions into the ocean. dumping my goods into the sea and completely totalling the lada.

10/10.

Did the whole thing for achievements. Game doesn't appear in Perfect Games or Achievement Showcase.

Best Driving simulation of all time. Absolutely magnificent. I cannot wait to see what this project evolves into.

Armageddon will always be my preference in the Worms franchise, but if Controller support is a must, it doesn't get any better than Worms: WMD!

This is the best Emulation experience I've ever had. Now I've been doing Emu stuff for years. EPSXE, Nestopia, Dosbox, etc. I'm very late to the party with this RetroArch stuff but I finally decided to give it a chance and let me tell you, this is great. Having everything all in 1 program. No need to switch to different programs for different games. Done playing Atari? Hit F1 and you're playing PS1 titles in just seconds. It's so streamlined it's perfect. The portability is great as well. I've spent about 46 hours in RetroArch so far and I feel like I'm just scratching the surface in possibilities. If you're into programming or anything of the sort, there's plenty of contributions to be made to this incredible platform during this current Golden Age of Emulation we're currently living in. If you already have experience with Emulators, getting up to speed in RetroArch will be an absolute Breeze.

If you like Gmod and physics sims, but want a touch of 'Lemmings' in the mix...try this out.

Excellent 2D design, sound FX are great, Partical/Visual FX are great, Animations are great. This sandbox sim seems to do everything right.

You can build contraptions, torture machines, or ridiculous scenarios. I thought this would be one of those fun-for-10-minutes games but I was wrong. I immediately put an hour into the game at first boot, and I keep going back to it to try whatever dumb ideas I come up with.
