personally i dislike the way that boss enemies have a turn after YOUR characters move. If they only had one turn it would be fine, but i do not enable this DLC

Digital crack, my empires have crushed so many weaklings. I have played this game from sunset until the following sunset.
Buyer beware: this is a Paradox game. Instability is a guarantee and RNG events can be a cruel god.
The cost of admission is rather steep, as the expansions do add good gameplay features. I recommend buying the DLC when there is a sale, selling items on the steam marketplace, trading items directly for games (thats how i got Shogun 2), or using another legitimate marketplace that I have yet to be made aware of.

Less than 7% of players have beaten the game on normal. That is objectively bad game design.

I disable this pack ONLY because of the L Gates, special gates that led to a special cluster of stars. Sometimes the cluster will have a swarm of hostile enemies. Congrats now you and all the AI will be stuck fighting an endless swarm while using the L cluster to invade everyone else.
