I hear alot of mixed things about this game. Its true you have to buy expansions to fix things about it, and there is a lot of micromangement. I don't mind cause it fullfills whole space faring empire building fantasy, and If you don't take it too seriously, it can be very engrossing. Just gotta get past the learning curve, so look up some videos. Aspec is good. Austin Walker convinced me to try it, just make sure to wait for sales, it gets discounted all the time.
