Saw your comment on Savage Lands. If you want it, get it. It's still fun. I think it's worth the $5 price. If you want to buy it just to get the achievements or play with friends, it's still worth it. Also, there's no proof the game is abandoned, it's just a bunch of people jumping on a bandwagon and repeating it with very little evidence.
