I personally have not made this review for the simple reason of me not knowing the game too well. Even when I had 50 hours. Thankfully for a few of my friends I have learned about the game and gotten into the game fairly well. The game has great gunplay and works well within most people's systems. And I should know. My rig right now is currently very very old and weak and yet with a few setting tweaks I am able to get a good 40-60fps. I recommend it for anyone who likes to play with friends. The problem comes when you start playing alone. Playing alone is much harder and more hellish than playing with friends due to the AI having a few problems. Firstly they do not capture hostages, so once you're down you're dead if you haven't capture hostages or protected hostages. Secondly they cannot do drills or the like. As a result you as the player alone will have to capture, protect and do the heist alone with a minor help from the AI through them murdering everything, sometimes including your own hostages you're capturing at that moment.

All in all it's an alright singleplayer but it's a damn near legendary coop game.

This was a poor move Valve. I had bought the game quite a while ago and only got about 14 hours into the game because I couldn't play the game with my internet. The game was a bit of fun but with the recent shift to free to play I figured that I would revisit it to see if they had any common reasoning and gave those that had bought the game some sort of reward for such. They had gave us something. Mainly a badge. A badge. And only a badge. This is abhorrant. I would get it if it was like this rare skin on a few guns. Or if they gave us back some money as an apology but they had not. I will no longer be playing this game and would recommend no one else does due to Valves horrible treatment of it's customers here.

I cannot put into words the level of love I have for this game. It's like a monster that creeps into your mind and you will never forget it. You will go mad at this game. You will be addicted. Is it worth the price? Is that even a question?
