Really fun little 4v1 that has a small learning curve and can be picked up and played without needing to understand the 20 gimmicks that either side has. If you are a teen you build weapons and kill the monster. If you're the monster you chase and kill off the teens simple as that. The monsters take a match or two before they "Click" and you figure out how utilize their 3 skills and some have higher skill ceilings then others combined with learning a map and how to get in and out of places. Easy to pickup and hard to to master with lots of room in between for casuals and sweatlords alike. The 80's aesthetic is nice with awesome environment art details and it's really fun to chase someone around a class room knocking chairs over and smashing things around you. I feel like the devs must have done a lot of research on what things looked like in the mid 80's, hell even the art for their premium coin currency has the tokens it in those little red arcade coin rolls that every coin op place used until like the mid 90's. Games worth a play and it's free so unless they mess something up in the future I fully recommend it.

The only negative thing I would say is that I don't care for the art style of the teens and they could have gone for older characters and upped the violence a notch. There is also a bit too much Rainbow colors for a 1980's slasher flick club but to each their own and it just means I save more cash on cosmetics. 10/10 Would kill and devour the dude from saved by the bell again!

The best most polished early access game I have ever played. The devs took everything everyone else was doing in the survival space and took the boring nonsense out. I've been playing since the moment it went live and have encountered maybe 2 bugs(sunlight death bug) one of which fixed about a day or so ago. There is tons of exploration, the art style is awesome and there is an easy 100+ hours of content off the bat for 20$. There was no building placement issues, no latency issues and you can load into a server in under 2 min(using an nvme). This masterpiece came out of no where and has been the most fun I've had with a game in quite a long time. 10000/10
Runs fine on an I7 10700k and rtx 3060ti at 1440p 60fps. Couple of dips if crazy stuff happens and maybe when loading a REALLY big castle but that's about it.

(The cosmetic dlc is a bit expensive but I'd just buy that on sale in a year or two for a couple of bucks anyway. The existence of it makes some people mad but it beats having a cash shop or pay to win nonsense.

Update: Full release is here and it's still hands down one of the best survival games on the market. They added a ton of great fights and made inventory management even better then it was previously and it was already best in class beforehand. The game is still just a little bit too linear in progression but it's still really fun to play regardless. If you are a dev making a survival game then pay close attention to how this game does inventory and item management. If you don't have auto sort/stack then I'm not buying your game regardless of how unique it is. Going from having a fully filled inventory from a trip out looting and stacking it all nice and neat in a dedicated Storage device that has room for every item of it's type in the game and looks really nice(potion racks, book case, armory box ect) in just 4 secs is just chefs kiss good.

Really fun little game with a couple of bugs here and there but nothing really game breaking. The micro is real near the end game but can be offset by delaying extra food type upgrade stuff until you can handle everything you have unlocked at the moment you can also do shop prep without losing time. Best 5$ I have spent on an indie game. They also have little unlocks that kinda justify an extra play through or two. Some of the side characters could use some more fleshing out and it would be nice to explore the town a little. There is around 6-10 hours of content.

Edit: Now that I have finished an entire run I still really love this game. The ending was odd but it still makes me want more of the game. A lot of games try to be dark and edgy but this game kinda nails it without having to walk anything back because they might lose someone. It has REALLY dark humor and does not give a damn if you approve of the subject matter. I was also REALLY REALLY impressed with the plant monsters jokes, he was the highlight of this game and his jokes alone he was worth 5$. Not going to lie if they added a dlc just to add more jokes to the plant I would buy that at 5x the cost of the game. If this was any other game it would be dime store "dad" jokes from some bald, fat, sad Reddit user who will never father a child that shares his DNA. 10/10 game worth every penny.

Awful skinner box game design with the worst pvp I have ever seen in a high budget video game(Gambit is more fun then crucible). The art style is like dollar store halo with weapons that look like someone with a learning disability designed them. Bottom of the barrel all around. The story makes no sense(If it even exists in the first place, I got disconnected in a public event in the Cosmodrone and when I reconnected It forced me into a cutscene about some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happening on mars) No one communicates and in almost 20 hours nobody used the in game voice chat or the text chat(Why is this even multiplayer again?). They should fire their creative team at this point and hire someone who knows what the ♥♥♥♥ a consistent video game is. It's like a high production value war frame but is somehow even more boring with a more sterile character design.

3/10 on a good day I know they got rid of a lot of content but honestly most of it was of little value anyway. Destiny 2 is kind of a giant garbage fire anyway and now that Inferno has a little bit less fuel.

"That game we all screwed around with while we waited for elden ring"
"If you are not paying for a product then you are the product!"
Pros
-Good combat with decent weight, sound, and skill effects
-Decent art style but still stinks of "generic Korean mmo" in a lot of places

Cons
-The adventure log is 100% aids and needs to be 100% filled out or you miss out on some major stat up's
-Too many collectible items some of which are clipped outside of the play area. Which discourages exploration in favor or just finding a guide to get that one seed that you really need, and would never in a million years be able to find on your own
-About 30 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ currencies that you need to look at a wiki for half an hour to figure out where to spend them, 2 of which are used to trade with other players. One is gold which you pay for the items with and the other is a blue coin which limits how many trades you can do.
-Lack of armor and equipment variety
-Pay to win end game
-Far too many time gated things from crafting to npc rapport.
-Glorified mobile game elements

If you want an mmorpg just play FFXIV and if you want a diablo dungeon crawler just play path of exile. They are both 100 times the game this is.

Best halo experience I have ever had. Never really liked or cared for halo but for some reason I really enjoyed my time in the beta. It runs like butter and I have had ZERO connection issues which is rare for a ANY game. Microsoft and 343 knocked it out of the park with this one everything from the sound design to the UI is flawless. 10/10

Neat idea but rng plays way too much of a factor in how the game ends and who ends up coming out on top. Also not really enough meat on the bones of this game to sink in the time it takes to understand which hero does what and who is the best counter to who. The contraptions update just adds needless complexity that you cant really account for due to the RNG of how you get these items. The better of the auto chess like games but still not really fun enough to learn how to master it.

Cons
- Pay to win(this is not up for debate regardless of what anyone else says.
- Massive grind even if you go premium
- Farms are just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mobile game do one thing then wait a day system
- All areas are owned by mega guilds
- Owning stuff doesn't do anything anyway really.
- PvP will never be about skill it will always be about how much more OP your build is VS other builds
- The devs only make changes based on what the whale mega guilds want and most new changes are awful.
- Gathering is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hot aids and takes ages to lvl
- If you chose to use in game silver to buy premium the price is so high now it's not even worth the time sink to make the silver.
- Arena is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ where you get nothing if you lose except a repair bill.

Pro's
- The art style is nice and it feels like an old school MMO
- You can kind of survive as free to play with the right build
- Great although a bit generic soundtrack
- Character models and armor look awesome and fit super well with the art style they are going for.

All in all avoid this game if you are not into hardcore pvp with a bit of pay to win there is not much substance to anything this game attempts to do and I never felt more on a treadmill that I could never progress on then when I was playing albion.
