I saw my friend playing this game one day and I told him,

"Wow the character models are so cute, what's this game about?"

However, I then saw a giant worm fly from the ground, drive-by smack Isaac before disappearing into the ground. This was then followed by Isaac's dying note and my friend screaming like a banshee.

Needless to say, I came home and bought this game instantly........ 10/10
