New ERA was the last good update we got for the game.

There is blatant OP premiums, not only that the developers literally shove them in your face and obviously don't care about the welfare of this game. For those interested in this game, you're 2 years too late.

Don't get it.

TL:DR Used to be fun, now it's just a grindy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that will steal your soul.

Unfortunately, It's physically unplayable now.
Epic did state that they would let you keep your Steam version, however they most certainly won't let you play it.

I can't say I entirely predicted it, but i certainly can say that this sort of thing was going to happen eventually.

So expansive mein gott its expansive, you feel like you're part of a massive growing universe, not just some bystander, but actually a part of it, it's incredible.

Very good game, excellent water physics.
Very detailed in the construction menu, you can basically make whatever you want as long as you know how to make it.

And that's the problem as of late

There is a massive MASSIVE learning curve to make decent boats and aircraft. It's insane the amount of stuff.
You have to be super dedicated to the game to understand some of these things.

If you're just looking for a good faff around, that's fine, it let's you. If you want to make stuff, you can make the boat, plane, sub, airboat, helicopter, pseudo space ship, hoverbike, VTOL, ANYTHING of your dreams. You're not just limited to boats, if you can think it, and know how to make it, you can do it.
Truly a proper sandbox

However don't expect to learn everything about the game real fast, you need to have a real head for logic and maths to play this to it's full extent.
Looks like a kid's game, requires a PHD in advanced mathematics.

it used to be good because of the amount of variety you could get, but now with all the "improvements" since dropping the tiers i belive it is going to hell,
but the concept is good and i think whats left of this game can be recycled into a fresh and not damned one
