O sucesso do Hotline Miami se deve principalmente à trilha sonora, é incrível por si só, mas a verdadeira razão é que cada faixa se encaixa perfeitamente às cenas do jogo que são usadas, então você entra numa espécie de transe durante o jogo.

O jogo é excelente, tem várias referencias do filme Scarface (que também se passa em Miami), é um jogo muito a frente do seu tempo! Só lembrança boa!
