I love the game when it works but I just can't play it.

The game is sick. Easy to jump into and get a base level understanding. Hard to master and very rewarding to learn. If you're new to fighting games or guilty gear the game has an amazing mission mode. Missions introduce you to all of the basic mechanics most fighting games share as well as guilty gear specific mechanics to help you learn what you need. The training tool the game has allows you to program the dummy to practice against any situation you may have an issue dealing with. The lobbies are the only rough part of the game. Connecting with other players can sometimes be a real struggle. There are times where the battle station won't let you hop on to wait for another player, fight someone already on one, or accept the match once you're both already on it. They have recognized that this is an issue and hopefully their fix will make the experience a little smoother. If you're someone who's always been interested in learning fighting games but always found them too daunting then this is a great place to start.

Community is aids. Don't buy this game if you have any sort of a high pitch voice. they'll be friends with you until you speak in the mic. It's literaly a death sentance.
