TLDR: Got false banned in the beta and it was denied for appeal

On September 22nd I bought the game early in order to play the beta. I'd been playing the beta for an hour and I hadn't unlocked Create-A-Class (I was level 9) so i restarted the game. After restarting I unlocked Create-A-Class and halfway through the first game I was hit with a connection lost error message and sent to the main menu. I tried to close the error message about 6-8 times only to be greeted with "You have been banned from COD:MW2 for game data manipulation (Code: CASERMA – RHINO)". I then tried to appeal 10 minutes after and was denied about 6hrs later. I then tried to request a refund but was denied that because I had been banned.


Programs I had running at the time of the ban were as follows : Opera GX, Spotify, Voicemeeter Banana, Discord (I was streaming the beta to friends), Steam and Razor Synapse 3. If I had to guess I'd think it was Razor Synapse 3 that ended up causing the ban. This is something that needs to be acknowledged by Activison as it has been happening to many others as seen in reviews of the game. The reason I have 8.4 hrs on the release game is because I left it on overnight so I'd have the ability to review it.
