This is the greatest Christmas game of all time. It's an RPG with inspiration from Mario & Luigi games and Undertale. The game has got a lot of puns and jokes fitting for the season and a great story to go along with it. It also keeps things interesting with side quests and other mechanics in the main story. Not to forget there are many endings, some of them only in new game+, so there is a lot of replay value too.

This game just became a part of my yearly Christmas things to do and I am considering aiming for 100% achievements. Also doing my part for making Reindeer Story 3D possible, heh!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

It's free, fun, and relaxing / chaotic depending on how you want it.

Heralds of the Avirentes is a wonderful game that combines visual novels and RPG elements. Add a great soundtrack to that with devs that take note what players think of the game and actively talk to them and you've got more than a lot of potential.

This is just the early access with prologue and 1 chapter but it already offers a lot for the price with 3 different classes that will have their own unique plot and quests. And even with the evil class route you may want to think do you want to slay the enemies in battles because that huge boost in exp will come with a nasty price to pay. There's so many choices to do the game encourages to have many save files to see as many things as possible.

The story is also very well thought, written, and it is also mature and not just a simple tale. I won't reveal too much of it here of course but I am looking forward to see the future adventures here.

The devs deserve their own section here. This game is made in Ukraine and it has been voice acted in the language too. They have made this game through Covid and are still at it even when the Ukraine war is still going. These people deserve to be noted and as much visibility as they can.

Yes, I do recommend this game.

Like another review said, it's a good game with nice mechanics and ideas but when you realize you've got so much credits that you can fill your upgrade board however you wish you can go to all the bosses in a row without stopping like I did.

Even when you get powerful quickly the game is still fun, controls are smooth, the voice acting adds to the charm and I'll return to get the good ending too and test the more difficult levels and aim to unlock all the drones.

If credit gain is turned down a little, I am sure the real time elements get to shine with enemy presences, missiles and carriers while balancing what planet and threat to focus on. I'll still need to check what the hard and impossible levels are like with this though.

I also agree leaderboards and high scores would give the game a lot more replay value.

Edit: Yup, hard difficulty makes the game a lot more difficult, bosses deal more damage and credits are not as easy to get. Normal difficulty is very good for learning the game or a relaxed run and from that point forward the challenge begins.

It's still a good game made by a small team and for 3 € I got a great arcade shooter that's easy to pick up and play so I'm real happy with this. Will be buying the sequel too when it releases.

It's a fun arena FPS with a ton of fruit and fruit of potential. It has just been released so don't expect everything to work right away but it's a good way to make an hour or two pass by. Looking forward to see how the future developing goes for this game.

But seriously please nerf Hevo, that character is currently the true definition of overpowered and broken character.

A Dragon's Tale: Fading Light is a fun 2D action-platformer made by a single developer and as I was playing the game I could tell how much love he put into his game. Just the first cutscene confirmed this'll be a good one.

2D platformers are fun and this game offers some RPG elements alongside it with a good amount of skills you can have for your dragon. There will be favourite skills for everyone and the game rewards the player for exploring the levels with fragments and runes to upgrade and acquire new skills. RPG elements are present with enemies and bosses and some puzzles, e.g fire won't work underwater. The RPG elements are a nice addition to a wonderful 2D adventure which is made well.

Platforming is made well in the game with double jumps and dashes which play a huge role in getting across gaps and avoiding hazards, not to forget they can be used for moving quickly. There are many unique environments along your journey and nothing will get repetitive and that is what the game made very well: The variety of levels and their contents.

The game always offers you something new so no level type gets repetitive. When you get the basics done you learn a new mechanic, some new puzzle mechanics, and soon you find yourself lighting lamps in dark places, escaping flows of lava, mine cart may be included, and an entire level in underwater cave. The game always finds new ways to keep things fresh which also keeps the player interested when searching for collectibles in every level. If nothing changed it would have become dull but that's not the case here.

There are a few difficulty options and even a hardcore mode for those who look for the mightiest challenge... but be warned, with 1 life some levels will prove to be dangerous!

All in all, the game is a well done 2D platformer and when you get to play as a dragon it's even better. Get going and bring back the light!

Bound By Blades is a good example of a game that is easy to pick up and play. The bosses have a great soundtrack and gameplay is smooth and fast. There's also multiplayer so you can bring a friend to slay bosses and gather great equipment. Hopefully there will be a sequel some day.

When I played this game I kept reminding myself that this is still an Early Access, it felt like a finished product for the most part... until the game indeed said that a certain area is the end of the current version.

Make sure to join the Discord server, the devs are wonderful people. When I mentioned I had found a performance dropper bug, it was fixed the very next day. Recommended!

There is a lot of potential here in this cute platformer. The developers are very nice people and take note of what you have seen in the game, add new things and fix what's broken quickly. They also chat with the players actively. Make sure to join the Discord server.
